Managing Partner and Co-Founder
Anirudh Chakradhar
Anirudh’s core expertise lies in research, writing and policy analysis. Previously, he worked for Grant Thornton, where he provided advisory to various Public Sector clients in several flagship projects such as the Smart Cities Mission. He holds a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature.
Gunjan Jena
Lead – Regulation & Legislation
Gunjan is a lawyer, and he takes charge of regulatory advice and policy drafting. Previously, he has extensive experience as a legal advisor and draftsman for various Central and State Goverment agencies, private sector organizations, as well as non-profit organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from NLSIU, Bangalore.
Consultant - Health and Advocacy
Nalini Kaushik
Dr. Nalini has a degree in both healthcare and public policy. She has used this convergence to build a career advising clients on matters of health advocacy and government affairs. She handles advocacy and projects related to public health for the firm.
TVS Sasidhar
Visiting Fellow and Co-Founder
Sasidhar serves as an Assistant Professor at Azim Premji University, and periodically works on firm initiatives. In his career, he has worked both as a reaseacher and as a political consultant. Sasidhar holds degrees in engineering and public policy.
Meet our Advisors
Our team is lucky to have two advisors who periodically provide guidance to the firm through their many years of expertise - one who guides the firm on public policy and subject matter, while the other guides the firm on client service, strategy and growth related matters. In addition to these core advisors, the firm brings in advisors with sectoral expertise on a need-basis to advise or guide the team on specific projects.
Prof. Sony Pellissery
Director, CSSEIP at NLSIU, Bangalore
Dr. Sony has taught at Oslo Metropolitan University, Beijing Normal University and Institute of Rural Management - Anand.
Apart from being a social policy specialist, he has vast experience of working in areas of land policy, informal economy, distributive justice, social network analysis, and philosophy of social sciences. He was awarded with the India Social Science Award in 2009 and the Prof. Ram Reddy Memorial Social Science Award in 2015.
Ritvik Lukose
Founder-CEO of Vahura and Counselect
Ritvik, an alumnus of the NLSIU LLB Programme, has over 15 years of experience as a trailblazing entrepreneur. He first co-founded Rainmaker, a pioneer in training and education services to the legal domain. Among other things, Rainmaker designed and ran the first All India Bar Exam.
In 2013, he founded Vahura, the leading legal recruitment and consulting firm in India. Later he started Counselect, a provider of legal secondment services.
